Growing up immersed in the world of estate sales, Alli developed a strong interest in the field of antiques and personal belongings. Attending the estate sales of her grandmother’s 40-year old estate sale company certainly may have helped to shape that. She has spent the majority of her adult life immersed in the business of other peoples’ belongings. She has over 20 years of experience identifying value and advising the best strategies to sell personal property. 

After offering to help a friend downsize his parents’ estate, Alli realized that this provided the perfect opportunity to solve a widespread problem and help overwhelmed people by using her knowledge that she has gained throughout her time in the estate industry. Alli’s true passion is helping people and she has found her calling - combining her knowledge and history in the estate industry with her compassionate yet efficient manner and work ethic. Alli currently resides in Richmond, Virginia with her husband and 7 year old son. They enjoy good BBQ, taekwondo, pickleball, gardening and being in nature.
